2.3 Location (nCloudSales Mobile App)

nCloudSales is used by the sales staff of companies that run on nCloudService. With your permission, the app records your device's location during the working day — including while the app is in the background — so that your store visits and daily route can be shown to you and kept as a visit history for your company.

• Location is collected only after you allow it in the system permission prompt. You can decline, limit it to while the app is in use, or allow it always, and change this at any time in your device's Settings.
• Location points are sent to the server of the company that issued your account. They are not used for advertising, are not sold, and are not shared with data brokers.
• If you decline, the rest of the app — customers, orders, and catalogs — continues to work.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

• To provide, operate, and maintain our services
• To process orders, manage inventory, and handle shipments (nCloudService)
• To record store visits and routes for your company's sales team, when you allow location access (nCloudService)
• To provide AI-powered document search and analysis (MyAIArchive)
• To facilitate neighbor pet care connections (American Dogs)
• To respond to your inquiries and provide customer support
• To improve our services and develop new features
• To send service-related notifications and updates
• To comply with legal obligations

4. Data Sharing & Disclosure

We do not sell your personal information. We may share data only in the following circumstances:

• Service Providers: Cloud hosting, payment processing, and analytics providers who process data on our behalf under strict confidentiality agreements.
• Client-Designated: Data shared with parties you designate (e.g., shipping carriers for WMS orders).
• Your Company: Records you create in nCloudService apps — such as orders, visit notes, and visit locations — are stored on the server of the company that issued your account and are visible to that company.
• Legal Requirements: When required by law, regulation, or valid legal process.
• Safety: To protect the rights, property, or safety of YouMeSys, our users, or the public.

5. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data:

• Data encryption in transit (TLS/SSL) and at rest
• Fully isolated databases per client (MyAIArchive)
• Role-based access controls and authentication
• Regular security audits and monitoring
• Secure cloud infrastructure with backup and disaster recovery

6. Data Retention

We retain your information only as long as necessary to provide our services and fulfill the purposes described in this policy. When data is no longer needed, we securely delete or anonymize it.

• Account data: retained while your account is active, plus 30 days after deletion request
• Business/operational data: retained per your service agreement
• Inquiry and chat data: retained for 1 year for support purposes
• Device and usage logs: retained for 90 days
